WE NEED TO SHOW COMPASSION TOWARD IMMIGRANT CHILDREN

This piece of news said that last September that the reporter met  Mathy a Sri Lankan refugee in California. Mathy told that her family had been hiding in a tiny apartment in Bangkok.Early one morning, when she stepped out, immigration police raided and took her four daughters, the youngest being 8 years old, to the infamous Bangkok Immigration Detention Center.Detained in a cell with them and, at times, more than 100 other migrants, Mathy struggled to protect her children when fights broke out between detainees and guards. They were held for two years before the United States eventually resettled them.Tens of thousands of children every day are in immigration detention around the world.

To whom it may concern,
We are writing this letter because we are a little indignant. In our country women and men are equal however sometimes this rule is not complied. This is reflected overall in some wages. For instance a partner that works in the same company as his wife, the man receives more money than the woman.
This difference violates the 23rd article of Human Rights, because it article say:
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
Human Right was created to make everyone equal and with the inequality expressed before we believe that this is not respected.
What follows is a summary we hope that you make something to change this problem because everyone should have the same right.
Yours faithfully

THE RISE OF ANTIBIOTIC RESISTENCE

This piece of news talk about the antibiotic resistance. The world health organization has surveyed germs around the world the first such survey it has ever conducted and come up with disturbing findings. The scientists make a report and there they say that antimicrobial resistance in bacteria fungi, viruses and parasites is an increasinghy serious threat in every part of the world.
I think that post-antibiotic era in which common infections and minor injuries can kill far from being an apocalyptic fantasy is instead a very real possibility for the 21st century.

A SIMPLE THEORY AND A PROPOSAL ON H.I.V IN AFRICA

This piece of news said that in South Africa while around the world a vast majority of AIDS victims are men, Africa has long been the glaring exception because nearly 60 percent are women. And while there are many theories, no one has been able to prove one. The scientists think that they may have found a new explanation. It is far too soon to say the explanation is biologically plausible and if it is proved correct a low-cost solution has the potential to prevent thousands of infections every year.
I hope that this are true because in the first world AIDS be in control but in the third world AIDS aren't be in control.

DOG INTELLIGENCE

Dog intelligence is the ability of a dog to learn, think and solve problems. Dog trainers, owners and researchers have as much difficulty agreeing on a method for testing canine intelligence as they do for human intelligence. We can find three aspects of dogs intelligence: instinctive intelligence, adaptive intelligence and working and obedience intelligence. Instructive intelligence refers to a dog's ability to perform the tasks it was bred for such as herding, pointing, fetching guarding or supplying companionship. Adaptive intelligence refers to a dog's ability to solve problems on its own. Working and obedience intelligence refers to a dog's ability to learn from humans.

THE HUNGER GAMES

The hunger games takes places in a nation known as Panem established in North America after the destruction of the continent's civilization by an unknown apocalyptic event. The nation consist of the wealthy Capitol and twelve surrounding, poorer districts united under the Capitol's control. As punishment for a past rebellion against the capitol in which a 13th district was destroyed, one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 from each district are selected by an annual lottery to participate in the hunger games an event in which the participants the tributes must fight to the death in an outdoor area controlled by the Capitol. The main character is Katniss Ever seen( 16 years old)  a girl from district 12 who volunteers for the 74th annual hunger games in place of her younger sister Primrose. The male tribute chosen from district 12 is Peeta Mellark a former schoolmate of Katniss who one gave her bread from his family's bakery . Katniss and Peeta's image in the minds of the audience as star crossed lovers a rule change is announced midways through the games allowing two tributes from the same district to win the hunger games as a couple. When the couple remains as the last two surviving tributes the game makers reverse the rule change in an attempt to force them into a dramatic finale in which one must kill the other to win. Katniss in an act of defiance against the Capitol retries highly poisonous berries know as night lock from her pouch and offers some to Peeta. The games makers announce that both will be the victors of the 74th hunger games

FALLING IN LOVE

How can we feel when we fall in love?
This is the question that we have to ask ourselves more often. When we are with a partner. If we think about this we can’t explain with simple words what you feel for someone when you are in love.
One adventage is that you feel confortable with yourown and the same time you transmit confidence and convey tranquility to your partner. To suport this we can say that we have a friend whom you can explain all your problems.
In contrast some disadventages are getting used to your companion and you have to being faithfull furthermore you have to be patient because all relationships bring arguments and this causes stress or discomfort.

To sum up we believe that to fall in Love is one of the best thing that someone can experience although Love is not a bed of roses.

MUSIC IS HEALTHY ?

Listening to a song can have a real effect on various parts of the brain. I'm very interesting in this topic and I read a study that said that areas responsible for aspects, such as memory and vision can light up in respon to music.Well, I think that everyone reacts to music in different ways. One individual may love heavy metal for exemple while another is happiest listening to Mozart. When you go run if you are listening a specific type of music can help you run faster.
For exemple I need listen music everyday because when I don't listen music I don't feel good and when I have exams I'm very nervous but if I listen or sing a song I feel more comfortable.

HOW DO SPORT AFFECT YOUR HEALTH ?

I believe that everyone need practice sport because is a good strategy for lengthen our lives. We don't need to pay a gym for practice sport because we can go out for run and walk or for exemple in my village in some parks we can find fitness machines.

MYKONOS

Mykonos is a beautiful Greek island part of the cyclades, lying between Tinos, Syros, Paros and Naxos. I want to talk about Mykonos because this summer my friend Nerea and me go there for holidays. We are very fascinate with this island because have a lot of history and there we can visit many monuments, churches, etc..
There the aesthetics of the houses are very particular because the houses are white and blue. we think that is a good strategy to have fun because now we are very stressed with the exams.

POLLUTION

Nowadays pollution is very important in the world because affect at climate change. A lot of scientists are working for reduce this problem but is hard to make. Pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse charge.
Pollution can be harmful for people because ozone pollution can cause respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, chest pain and congestion.
Now pollution control are effective because they control the emissions and effluents into air. We have the power for reduce this contaminat but for reduce the pollution we need to save more energy, we need to use public transport, we need to use more alternative energy, etc...

The power are in our hands so we can help for make the change.

SPORT AND DIABETES

In my oral presentation I speak about diabetes but when I finish the presentation a schoolmate ask to me if someone that have diabetes can play sport elite. I find information that explain that theirs can practise sport.

Sport has a great influence in preventing many diseases like obesity, hypertension and diabetes. Diabetes is a group of metabolic disease in which a person has high blood sugar either because the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin or because cells don't respond to the insulin that is produced.

However, this condition doesn't imply that athletes with diabetes should abandon their dreams of a successful career.

U.S. swimmer Gary Hall Jr. in 1999 was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes participated in the Olympic Games in 1996, 2000 and 2004 winning a total of 10 Olympic medals.
Another Olympic medalist rower Steve Redgrave British won in Sydney 2000 its fifth consecutive Olympic gold medal, also won nine gold medals at the world Rowing Championships in 1997 was diagnosed with diabetes.
Also the NBA player, Adam Morrison has type 1 diabetes, diagnosed when he was in eighth grade but his illness wasn't obstacle in his way to become a star in the world of basketball has been compared to the legendary Larry Bird.

They can have a normal life because they have a specify diet, they control theirs level of glucose in the blood and they practise sport.

OBESITY CRISIS: FUTURE PROJECTIONS " UNDERESTIMATED"

This piece of news talk about obesity in England and say that half the UK population will be obese by 2050 underestimate the problem. The researchers said that  Britain was in danger of surpassing the prediction contained in a 2007 report. A lot of people are interesting in this problem for exemple the lobbying group is calling for hard-hitting awareness campaigns, similar to the approach taken to smoking, to try to stem the problem.

I think that now a lot of people don't have a good nutrition because in this society people eat out home and their don't have time for cook in home and for this reason many children suffer obesity.
